The documentary “Love Janet – Japan’s Enduring Affection for Pop Icon Jackson” is a fan tribute to one of music’s biggest Pop stars in the world! In addition to excerpts of interviews and appearances Janet has made in Japan, the documentary also includes exclusive footage of brother’s Michael Jackson last visit to Japan. This original documentary marks the third time Executive Producer Dan Smith has chronicled the life of one of the members of the famous Jackson musical clan. He produced two documentaries on Janet’s brother, the King of Pop Michael Jackson, that aired on FOX International Channels Japan and some U.S. distributors “There is always an interesting angle in looking at the enormous impact members of the Jackson family had on their Japanese fans,” he explained in talking about the project in the Producer’s Blog segment of “Backstage Pass.”
